1. Introduction.

These Terms of Use govern the use of Kuroki Kasori (both as a character and its voice banks), created and developed by Kasori Project. By using Kuroki Kasori, the user ("You") agree to comply with the following Terms:

 

2. Use of the Voice Library.

2.1. Permitted Use.

• You may use the various voice libraries for creating songs, advertisements, narrations, and other audio content.

• It is permitted to modify the tone, speed, and other technical settings for more convenient personal use, provided that you do not distribute the modified voice bank.

• The creation of R18 content is permitted, and it is not necessary to seek permission.

• It is not mandatory to credit "Kasori Project" when using Kuroki Kasori, but we would appreciate it if you could do so.

 

2.2. Restrictions.

• It is not permitted to use the voice banks to create content that is offensive, defamatory, or promotes hate, violence, or discrimination.

• You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense the voice banks to third parties.

• Redistribution of all Kuroki Kasori voice banks is prohibited; please use the official links.

• It is not permitted to create another voice bank based on Kuroki Kasori's voice banks (e.g., pitchloids, fanloids, etc.).

• It is prohibited to claim ownership of or refer to Kuroki Kasori's voice banks as your own.

• It is not permitted to use the voice banks for illegal content such as pedophilia, sexual abuse, murders, etc.

• You may not transfer Kuroki Kasori's voice banks to other programs without authorization.

 

3. Use of the Character.

3.1. Permitted Use of the Character.

• It is permitted to edit the design for personal use (e.g., fanart, conceptual drawings, illustrations for videos, etc.).

• Shipping is allowed, but it cannot be canonized.

• Creating cosplay of Kuroki Kasori is permitted.

• It is allowed to create Kuroki Kasori merchandise as long as the official illustrations are not used for the products.

 

3.2. Restrictions.

• You may not use Kuroki Kasori in a manner that damages her reputation.

• You may not use Kuroki Kasori for commercial purposes without our prior authorization.

• It is not permitted to use Kuroki Kasori's image to create content that is offensive, defamatory, or promotes hate, violence, or discrimination.

• It is not permitted to use the official illustrations for commercial use.

 

4. Commercial Use.

4.1. Definition.

Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, the sale of products or services, monetization of content on streaming platforms, and any other activity that generates income using the voice or character.

 

4.2. Requirements.

• To use the Virtual Voice or the Character for commercial purposes, you must contact us through any of the official Kasori Project channels or networks.

• The commercial use of Kuroki Kasori is permitted without complications as long as the above-mentioned rules detailed in the "terms of use" section are followed. All we ask is that you contact Kasori Project and inform us about your intended commercial use (a song, an audio, a narration, merchandise, or physical products featuring her image or voice, etc.). As mentioned previously, as long as the rules detailed in this document are followed, we have no intention of limiting the commercialization of your creations, as Kuroki Kasori was created to be a creative instrument or tool to accompany you in your creations.

 

4.3. Commercial Prohibitions.

• It is completely prohibited to use the official illustrations of Kuroki Kasori and transform them into merchandise for sale, as this not only violates Kuroki Kasori's rules but also disrespects and violates the rules of the artists who created Kuroki Kasori's illustrations. We ask that you respect the artists by complying with this rule.

 

5. Intellectual Property.

5.1. Copyright.

We own all copyright and other intellectual property rights to Kuroki Kasori's voice banks and character. Your use of the Virtual Voice and Character does not grant you any ownership rights over them.

 

5.2. Credits.

It is not mandatory to credit Kasori Project when using the voice banks or Kuroki Kasori in general, but we would appreciate it if you could do so.

 

6. Limitation of Liability.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the voice banks or Kuroki Kasori.

 

7. Modifications.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect when published on our website. Your continued use of the Virtual Voice after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
